Speaker Bio: Patrice Curtis

Patrice Curtis, Curtis Research Group

Patrice wrote her first computer program when she was 15, and decided it wasn't for her. Instead, she became a consumer gadget freak, and one of the only women to become a hard-core video gamer in college. After a career in the U.S. foreign affairs arena as a program manager and analyst (including living abroad), in early 1998 she turned back to her love for technology.

Patrice launched an online Japanese crafts website, garnering praise from Oprah.com for an innovative online class on the tea ceremony, and then moved on to become a Producer with WomensForum.com, a leading destination for women. Patrice now helps clients use a variety of web applications and online tools to find, organize, analyze and disseminate critical market intelligence.
