 Jeff Heninger, Reed Smith
Jeffrey's has significant podcasting experience as a legal advisor for the Mommycast Podcast, sponsored by Dixie. Jeffrey's real estate and finance practice includes all phases of dealing with the purchase, sale and financing of commercial real estate; all phases of commercial leases; all phases of lender representation; all phases of real estate development and assemblage, including subdivision, easements, and resolution of title matters; and related practice areas. He also has been involved in a number of finance transactions involving mid-stream and up-stream oil and gas assets.
In addition, Jeffrey regularly assists corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in general business matters, including formation and governance of business entities; purchase and sale of entities, assets and securities; and preparing and negotiating all manner of business arrangements and agreements.
After graduating from law school, Jeffrey spent three years as manager of the worldwide trademark licensing and strategic alliances program for Feld Entertainment, Inc., the parent company to such entertainment properties as Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® and Siegfried & Roy®.
Jeffrey hosted a panel titled, "Entertainment, Event & Sports Licensing" for The Licensing Letter's 1998 Licensing Symposium. He also spoke on the subject of "Working with Event Producers in Licensing & Promotion" at the 9th Annual EPM Entertainment Marketing Conference in 1997.
